1. Drawing and Glass Specification Review
We review the required dimensions, thickness, glass material, tolerances, corner radius, holes, cutouts, printing and surface treatment before production.
2. Glass Cutting
Glass sheets are cut to the required dimensions using the specified glass material and thickness.
3. CNC and Edge Processing
CNC machining can be used for holes, slots, notches, cutouts and other drawing-based features. Edges can be ground, polished or chamfered according to the specification.
4. Glass Strengthening
Chemical strengthening or thermal tempering can be selected according to the glass type, thickness, dimensions and mechanical requirements.
5. Printing and Surface Treatment

6. Cleaning and Final Inspection
