Cutting Processings

CNC process with edge grinding, hole drilling and slotting. With excellent conventional tolerance ±0.05mm & high precision tolerance ±0.02mm. It offers customized cover glass meet specific design and functional requirements.

Silk Sreen Printing Line
Fully automated printing machine allows high-precision, multi-layer and multi-color silk screen printing in dust free workshop. It is compatible with various inks, including high-temperature, IR and metallic inks, ensuring vibrant and detailed prints on a wide range of surfaces.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning machines with multi-slot can effectively eliminate surface oil, dirt and chemical residue, providing thorough and efficient cleaning, ensuring a pristine surface free from contaminants and chemical residues.
Coatings
With advance coatings equipments, we can offer AR(Anti reflection), AG(Anti glare) and AF(Anti fingerprint) coatings on single side or double sides with customizable parameters to meet customer's need.
