Custom Cover Glass Manufacturing Capabilities
Our cover glass manufacturing capabilities support OEM projects for electronic displays, touchscreens, industrial control panels, cameras, household appliances and other electronic devices. We provide precision cutting, CNC machining, chemical strengthening, thermal tempering, silk-screen printing, AR/AG/AF coatings, ultrasonic cleaning, adhesive bonding and lamination.
Processing options depend on the glass material, drawing, dimensions and finished component requirements. Customers can specify thickness, shape, edge profiles, cutouts, printed areas, surface treatments and bonding requirements for project evaluation and quotation.

OEM Production Support

Precision Cutting for Custom Cover Glass
Precision cutting machines under accuracy and versatile capabilities, the glass materials cutting effectively base on SOP(Standard Operating Procedure). It excels the shaping glass into various shapes and handles the cutting thicknesses effectively.
CNC Machining for Cover Glass
Our CNC machining capabilities include edge grinding, chamfering, hole drilling, slotting, and other custom glass processing. Standard machining tolerance can reach approximately ±0.05 mm, with high-precision processing available down to approximately ±0.02 mm depending on the glass design, thickness, geometry, and production requirements. Custom CNC cover glass can be manufactured according to customer drawings and specifications.
Chemical Strengthening & Thermal Tempering
We provide both chemical strengthening and thermal tempering for custom cover glass. Chemical strengthening is suitable for many thin cover glass applications where high surface strength and controlled flatness are required. Thermal tempering can be used for thicker glass applications where increased mechanical strength and safety performance are required. The strengthening method can be selected according to glass material, thickness, size, application, and customer specifications.
Silk Screen Printing for Cover Glass
Fully automated printing machine allows high-precision, multi-layer and multi-color silk screen printing in dust free workshop. It is compatible with various inks, including high-temperature, IR and metallic inks, ensuring vibrant and detailed prints on a wide range of surfaces.
Ultrasonic Cleaning for Optical Glass
Ultrasonic cleaning machines with multi-slot can effectively eliminate surface oil, dirt and chemical residue, providing thorough and efficient cleaning, ensuring a pristine surface free from contaminants and chemical residues.
AR, AG & AF Coatings
We offer customized AR (anti-reflective), AG (anti-glare), and AF (anti-fingerprint) coatings for cover glass. Coatings can be applied to one or both sides according to optical, environmental, and functional requirements. These surface treatments can help improve display readability, reduce reflections and glare, and provide a cleaner surface for touchscreens and electronic devices.
Adhesive Bonding & OCA Lamination
In Weiman, we offer tape bonding services including adhesive tape, VHB tape, OCA tape with different brands and shapes to satisfy customer's specific requirements.
