4. CNC Machining

CNC processing is used for detailed dimensions and complex features, including edge grinding, chamfering, holes, slots, notches, and irregular shapes.

5. Strengthening

Depending on the glass type, thickness, size, and application, chemical strengthening or thermal tempering can be selected to improve mechanical durability.

6. Silk Screen Printing

Custom black borders, logos, icons, markings, and decorative patterns can be printed according to customer drawings and color requirements.

7. AR / AG / AF Coating

Surface treatments can be applied according to optical and user-interface requirements. AR reduces reflections, AG helps reduce glare, and AF improves resistance to fingerprints and surface contamination.

8. Cleaning

After machining, strengthening, printing, and coating, the glass is thoroughly cleaned to remove particles, dust, oil, and processing residues before final inspection.

9. Quality Inspection

10. Protective Packaging
