Glass Strengthening Options

For thin cover glass such as 1mm AGC glass, chemical strengthening may be considered when improved surface strength and optical flatness are required. Thermal tempering is generally more suitable for applications and glass configurations where the required thickness and product design allow it.

The appropriate strengthening method depends on the glass substrate, dimensions, application and required performance.

Silk screen print(Pattern coloring):

For thermal tempering cover glass, both low temperature ink and ceramic ink applicable.

For chemical strengthening cover glass, low temperature ink will be needed(Outdoor purpose for UV resistance ink).
