3M adhesive cover glass High Standard Inspection Processes

To ensure every piece of 3M tempered glass meets with your receive standard, we will arrange full inspections during production processes and when finished.

During visual inspection, we will check every piece of 3M adhesive cover glass in strong light condition to sort out defectives.

For ink, we will make 2 tests including paint adhesion ability to avoid peel off easily, and use colorimeter to check if the color under control range from golden sample.

To tempering, we will use 2 kinds of tempering methods including chemical strengthening & thermal tempered, but ways have different standard values to be inspected.

During IK test, we will arrange drop ball test to judge the IK grade meet or not.

We will use tester to check the light transmittance.

Meanwhile, we also make tests for AR(transmittance), AG(haze, roughness, transmittance) and AF(water angle test) to see if they all can be qualified.
