Custom Matte AG Glass for Displays and Touchscreens

Custom Matte AG Glass for Displays and Touchscreens

Our matte AG glass is a custom anti-glare cover glass designed to reduce distracting reflections and improve screen readability in bright indoor and outdoor environments. We manufacture chemically etched and custom-processed AG glass for LCD, OLED, touchscreen, industrial HMI, kiosk, medical and commercial display applications.

As an experienced OEM glass manufacturer, Weiman provides custom glass thicknesses, dimensions, shapes, CNC machining, edge polishing, chemical strengthening, silk screen printing and AG surface treatment according to your drawings and performance requirements.

The matte anti-glare surface diffuses reflected light instead of producing strong mirror-like reflections, helping improve visibility while maintaining the optical performance required for electronic displays.

Matte AG Glass with Custom Silk Screen Printing – Premium Display Protection

Looking for a durable, glare-free solution to protect your displays? Our matte AG glass with custom silk screen printing provides an effective combination of glare reduction, durability and optical performance. Whether it’s for touchscreens, kiosks, digital signage, or industrial monitors, this ultra-thin yet tough glass ensures clarity while reducing annoying reflections.

Matte anti-glare glass surface

At Weiman, we offer more than AG surface treatment. We provide a complete range of glass processing and finishing services, including:

Cutting: Rough shapes by diamond unit or laser cutting from big sheet of glass substrate into rough shapes of the final products, but edge is still sharp and big tolerances.

CNC processings:Edge grinding and chamfering, slotting, hole drilling.

Tempering: Chemically strengthening for thickness under 3.0mm and thermally tempering for 3.0mm thickness above.

Silk screen print: For thin thickness cover glass option, we use resin ink for print and for thermal tempering we use 3.0mm thickness above.

Coatings(AR, AF, AG):

AR means anti-reflection coating, which can be customized for different spectral bands and optical performance requirements.

AF treatment is available through coating methods such as vacuum deposition or spray coating, depending on the required durability and cost.

Bonding: Mainly focus on 3M tapes including adhesive transfer tape, VHB tape and OCA tapes.

Lamination: Foil to protect from dirt and explosion proof sheet for better anti scatter.

Why Choose Our Matte AG Glass?

Not all display protection is created equal. Here’s what makes our matte AG glass stand out:

Anti-Glare Superiority – The matte finish scatters light, eliminating reflections for better visibility in bright environments.

Custom Silk Screen Printing – Add logos, borders, or instructional text directly onto the glass for branding or functionality.

Durable and Customizable – Slim enough for sleek designs but strong enough to resist scratches and daily wear.

Wide Compatibility – Works with LCDs, OLEDs, touch panels, and more.

Key Features of Our Matte AG Glass

Anti-Glare Surface & Optional Anti-Fingerprint Treatment

The matte AG surface is produced through controlled chemical etching to diffuse reflected light and reduce glare. For applications requiring easier cleaning and improved fingerprint resistance, an optional AF (anti-fingerprint) coating can be added to the glass surface.

Precision Silk Screen Printing

Want to add branding or functional markings? Our silk screen printing allows for crisp, long-lasting designs. Whether it’s a company logo, button labels, or decorative borders, we ensure high-quality print adhesion that won’t fade.

Custom Thickness Options

Thicker glass can make displays look bulky. Our matte AG glass keeps devices sleek while providing robust protection. It’s perfect for modern, slim-bezel designs without sacrificing durability.

Scratch & Impact Resistance

Accidents happen, but that doesn’t mean your display has to suffer. This glass is toughened to handle everyday bumps and scrapes, extending the lifespan of your screens.

How Does Matte AG Glass Reduce Glare?

Matte AG glass uses a controlled surface treatment to create microscopic texture on the glass. When ambient light reaches the treated surface, the micro-texture scatters reflected light in multiple directions instead of producing a concentrated mirror-like reflection.
